Your information, and how we handle it

What we collect

When you use our booking form, contact form, or reach out directly, we collect what you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email (optional), service address, vehicle details, and any notes you include.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, schedule and provide our service, and communicate with you about your appointment. We don't sell, rent, or use it for third-party marketing.

How it's sent

Our booking and contact forms are built so you stay in control: clicking "Text This Request" or "Email This Request" opens your own phone's messaging or email app with the details already filled in — nothing goes out until you hit send yourself. As a backup, so a request doesn't get lost if your device has no default text or email app, the same details are also submitted directly to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. Web3Forms only receives what's in the form — it isn't used to track you elsewhere.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to see overall traffic patterns, like which pages get visited. It's cookieless and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally.

External links

Our site links out to Google, Yelp and Instagram. Once you leave our site, their own privacy policies apply, not ours.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any information we have on file at any time — just call, text, or email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. This page always reflects our current practices.
